Complete interior design services including space planning, design, construction drawings,   furniture and finish selections, for a 6,600 sq.ft., 200 seat cafeteria in downtown Hartford.

Complete interior design services including space planning, design, construction drawings, signage,  furniture and finish selections, for a 6,500 sq.ft., 225 seat cafeteria in the Salmon Brook Corporate Park.

SPENCER'S TAVERN AND RESTAURANT, Hartford, Connecticut
Richard McKenna
Complete interior design services including space planning, design, construction drawings, and finish selections, for new restaurant in the historic Linden Building. The project involved reuse of historic, decorative wood detailing and included an underground addition to the building.

THE RICHARDSON MALL, Hartford, Connecticut
Development Spectrum Inc.
Master Development Plan outlining long-term improvements to be made to both retail and office areas of the building, promotional floor plans for use in marketing, measured floor plans and area take-offs for tenant units, and design studies for entrances, elevators and other mall areas. Also, complete interior design services including space planning, design, construction drawings, and furniture and finish selections, and signage guidelines for the 14,000 sq.ft. Food Court. The Food Court includes 10 food service tenant spaces and a central dining area.

Complete architectural services for renovation of existing 15,000 sq.ft. abandoned garage and industrial building for retail and office facilities.

GALINSKY TRAVEL SERVICE, PHILADELPHIA SQUARE, Hartford, Connecticut
Galinsky Travel Service
Complete interior design services for a travel agency office in the historic 5-story building at 253-257 Main Street. All finishes, materials, and custom signage were selected and designed to be compatible with the building's architecture. The firm also provided complete architectural services for renovation of the building, including restoration of the first floor storefronts.

UNION STATION NEWS STAND AND GIFT SHOP, Union Station, Hartford, Connecticut

Complete interior design services 800 sq.ft. kiosk in the historic Union Station. The project included design of custom fixtures.
