Our housing projects have been multifamily, low & moderate income projects in the Hartford Area, including both new construction and renovation.

PARK PLACE ON THE GREEN, Waterbury, Connecticut

Greater Waterbury YMCA
Feasibility Study done with The Parisky Group to develop recommendations for reuse of the 3rd & 4th floors of the YMCA building in downtown Waterbury.  The study included assessment of the existing facility, development of facilities alternatives, .development of a detailed financial analysis for each alternative, use of the ADG scorecard technique for evaluating alternatives, and development of an action plan for implementing the selected alternative.  The selected alternative was 24 units of transitional housing for women and children.

Hartford Neighborhood Housing Services
Complete architectural services for 30 new townhouses, each with a three- bedroom owner's unit and one-bedroom rental unit. The townhouses are designed to allow owners to assist in construction, reducing the total cost so that the houses are affordable to moderate-income families.

Complete architectural services for a new 44 unit elderly housing project, financed under the Section 202 loan program of the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.

The Salvation Army
Complete architectural and interior design services for renovations to an existing emergency shelter for teenagers and women with small children.  Projects include installation of a wheelchair lift, kitchen renovation, accessible bedroom, ADA analysis, replacement of finishes, and new outdoor playground.

GATEWAY AFFORDABLE HOUSING, Hartford, Connecticut

Complete architectural services for a new apartment building containing 27 efficiency units and the rehabilitation of an existing building containing 7 efficiency and two-bedroom units, on a site near downtown Hartford.

Complete architectural services for building renovations and site improvements at an existing housing complex of forty units in nine buildings.

Complete architectural services for a new 36 unit elderly housing project, financed under the Section 202 loan program of the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.

INTER-FAITH EMERGENCY HOUSING PROJECT, Derby, Connecticut
Inter-Faith Emergency Housing Committee
Feasibility studies on alternative locations for an emergency shelter to serve the Naugatuck Valley; Complete architectural services for the renovation of an historic firehouse building for use as an emergency shelter.

NORTHEAST COMMONS, PHASES I & II, Hartford, Connecticut

Complete architectural services for 61 new two and three-bedroom townhouse condominiums on sixteen sites in north Hartford. The townhouses are designed to be prefabricated by a manufactured housing company, and affordable to moderate income families.
