Our commercial/institutional projects have usually involved all 3 of our services-- architecture, interior design, and facilities analysis.  They include museum/gallery facilities, daycare centers, and special projects such as the Windsor Train Station.  

MARSHALL HOUSE, Hartford, Connecticut

The Salvation Army
Complete architectural and interior design services for renovations to an existing emergency shelter for teenagers and women with small children.  Projects include installation of a wheelchair lift, kitchen renovation, accessible bedroom, ADA analysis, replacement of finishes, and new outdoor playground.

THE MARITIME CENTER AT NORWALK, Norwalk, Connecticut
The Maritime Center At Norwalk
Facilities master plan for $20,000,000 expansion of 100,000 sq.ft. existing aquarium and museum facility. The project included: Assessment of existing facilities; Programmatic analysis of development possibilities; Site analysis; Development and evaluation of alternative expansion schemes, Phasing analysis; Budget analysis; and Development of master plan design drawings and documentation for the final report. Project was done in conjunction with a project planning consultant and economic impact consultant.

Development feasibility study in association with 2 planning consultants, and subsequent complete architectural services for restoration of 2 historic buildings incorporating transit waiting facilities, office space and a theme restaurant. 

KAISER PERMANENTE MEDICAL CENTER, White Plains, NY

Complete architectural services for renovation of existing 90,000 sq.ft. building to provide medical offices. The project includes a new entrance, new core facilities, skylighted atrium, and complex, sophisticated medical facilities.

DEXTER CORPORATION PLANT IMPROVEMENTS, Windsor Locks, Connecticut

Complete architectural services for renovation and historic restoration of a complex of historic industrial buildings.

ASYLUM HILL COMMUNITY CENTER, Hartford, Connecticut
Parisky Associates and Asylum Hill Inc.
Facility programming and design/financial analysis for alternative sites for proposed 15,000 sq.ft. neighborhood community center.

SOMERSET SQUARE DAY CARE & FAMILY MEDICAL CENTER, Glastonbury, Connecticut The Keith Corporation
Complete architectural services for a new 9,400 sq.ft. day care center and medical office building in the Somerset Square development.

HARTFORD ARTS CENTER, Hartford, Connecticut
Real Art Ways
Complete architectural & interior design services for an 8,000 sq.ft. arts center in the historic Crosthwaite Building in downtown Hartford, CT.  Facilities included 2 galleries, dance and theatrical rehearsal space, video facilities, and a combination performance space and recording studio.

CRAFTERY GALLERY RENOVATION, Hartford, Connecticut
Community Renewal Teal of Greater Hartford
Complete architectural services for renovation of existing 8,000 sq.ft. art gallery, including new building facade, new mechanical and electrical systems, and new finishes.

TRINITY COLLEGE DAY CARE CENTER, Hartford, Connecticut
Trinity College
Preliminary design, including budget analysis, for a new Day Care Center for 60 children to be constructed in the lower level of the existing Life Sciences Building on the Trinity College Campus.
